Visited for the Olympics. Excellent location, staff very helpful and friendly. Ideal being able to make snacks for kids etc_ better than hotel stay
'free' toiletries consisted of two tiny pieces of soap_ had to go out for shower gel but tesco only round the corner. The hair dryer was useless so had curly hair! Neither of these things a big deal and would stay again.

Bayswater/Queensway is a great place, very close to Kesington gardens, and offers an easy access to many places in London using either the Circle, District or Central underground lines.
The Hyde Park suites appartment we occupied is clearly loosely maintained, with defectuous parts everywhere (poor windows occultation, damaged shower place, damaged tv, damaged window glass, door not closing correctly...) Even the walls have evident failures, and a door too! It's also quite a noisy place: you will hear the street very well, and the neighbours too!

Great location just off Queensway, good to have your own kitchen facilities for breakfast.
Our room appeared to be inside some sort of converted shed on the roof of the building & it was very small. The bathroom in particular was ridiculously cramped with an impractically large sink jammed into an impractically small room. Without being too crude, it made a visit to the toilet difficult! Also, with the room being on the roof we had around 100 stairs to climb to get in & out which, although a pain, was ok for us as we're relatively young but I could see people finding this a real inconvenience.

The staff and the rooms are clean. Andrea and Muhamad are very helpful and courteous. I like to stay again to this place and recommend to my friends .
I'd like to recommend to put the a mirror outside the bathroom and also need to have at least an electrical outlet for hair dryers not just fo shavers

Location near tube stations and close proximity of Sainsbury's and Tesco and Whitelys Shopping Centre.
Service of rooms were poor -once a week, without sufficient toilet paper. Double bed supports kept collapsing. Most disconcerting.

They fixed the toilet set when they were told it was broken. Not sure why I had to tell them seeing as it was broken when we arrived and they had cleaned it?
Rooms are tiny. Many things are broiken or don't work. Internet diden't work (but they gave me a cable which was good). The biggest issues were that it was really hot in the room and air con didn't work. Had to have windows open - still hot and really NOISY with cars, buses, trucks and parties.

Its location to the tube station, hyde park,Oxford street & market
We were 12 people (age 3 years to 80+),we had booked 4 superior (3 bed rooms for 8 days),we were shocked to find one room on the 5th floor, one on the 3rd,two in the basement & that too in different buildings-not fair AT ALL especially since 2 rooms had no lift & we had 2 family members 80+ years.Inspite of repeted request, they coud not put even 2 rooms together. No intercom in the rooms 2 speak with each other. Also we were told the rooms would be cleaned on Wed & Sun,no one turned up on Sunday. Also their were no AC's ,even the fan in the 5 floor was totally ineffective. The rooms & toilets were too cramped, with the sofa bed sloping inwards. More over there was no internet connectivity on the 5th floor & mobile signal in the basement. Also no extension by even an hour (made to leave at 11am) was given to any room. The TV also had not channels.

Bayswater Location
Smaller room than advertised-"comfortable working space" did not exist. Mattress was lumpy, uncomfortable and small. My wife couldn't sleep and fell out of bed.

Close to Bayswater underground station and has a selection of grocery shops nearby - M&S & Tesco. The room was clean & the kitchen area had everything I needed for my short stay.
The main problems I had were heat & noise - the room was in the attic so was quite warm - this wasn't helped by the sash windows not staying open so I had to use kitchen utensils to wedge them. My room did have an aircon unit there were no controls so this was useless. Although 4 floors up the road noise still made sleeping difficult.

The location
Most of it - had to change rooms as we were put into somethig we did not book - the first room was pretty awful, paint not completed and coming of walls broken tiles, windows didnt lock or close. Second room was slightly better but very uncomforatble sleeping on both bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was not fit for purpose and I have seen bigger in caravans!! Ok if you don't mind the sink on your lap when sitting on the loo!! the security of the door to balcony was not sufficient no proper lock and it share with other rooms. I would neither use Hyde Park Suites again or recommend them. The room was also really hot and noisy. They have obviously fitted as many rooms as possible into what was probably a beautiful building. lots of MDF ceilings.

1)Location is very closed to Hyde Park and it is situated in beautiful place 2)In comparison with other hotels in London rooms are quite big 3)In apartments WiFi works well
1)We lived in the underground and of course it was not very nice. Also the view from the window was awful. 2) Walls are thin so you can hear everything. 3) One morning we found a cockroach in the shower. It was disgusting. To sum up we would like to say that it is a good hotel for people who don't want to spend much but want to stay close to all major sightseeing's

We liked the location, that's all.
The man on the desk when we arrived was very rude to us. The next day when I reported that one of the beds was faulty and collapsed during the night he was even more rude and suggested we put the mattress on the floor. His attitude and rudeness was totally unacceptable. After demanding to see the manager who eventually promised us a new bed, it still took one more day to get a proper bed. The noise coming from above and below woke us every night. There were people partying and doors slamming every night and no staff around to stop it. Our bathroom had a leaking pipe and a cracked sink. There were no window locks and we were near ground level. The windows and blinds did not work properly either.

Only location
1- I wish if the staff could learn how to smile. It is not necessary to show people that you don't like your job or you don't like them. 2- check in and check out time are both very annoying. check in should be 12:00 noon and check out should be 2:00 pm. I made my reservation 5 months in advance and requested a ground floor yet they gave me a third floor apartment which was hard for my wife to reach since there was no elevator. 4- again I wish if they teach the staff how to smile.

The place was extremely clean and maintained to a very high standard. The location is perfect to commute around London's shopping / tourist areas. Will definately be staying there again.

For those with family and many luggages, please don't ever think of booking this place. Climbing up three floors for four days had been hell. Booked.net should have forwarned future travellers that there are no elevators, not in the small prints at the decription of the hotel.
